  Went to have dinner here on Saturday night with a group of 15. It was apparent immediately that the servers were in the weeds. We only received 6 of 15 drinks, and our food order was never taken in 35 minutes. The birthday girl asked our sever what was taking so long, Within minutes, the bartender came over an screamed at her, and told her that "you don't talk to my staff that way", and to "Get the f**k out of here now!" I have never seen such poor customer service. While our server tried her best, the restaurant was not prepared for the first long weekend of the season. We will definitely not be back.

  Excellent meal. Beautiful atmosphere. Fantastic view of the 1000 islands. Great entertainment.

  Awesome location, very slow service. Our order took almost an hour to get to the table outside rush hours (between 1 and 2pm). If you're in a hurry because you have a cruise to take next, I would recommend to take your cruise 2 hours after your arrival or not to eat here. Food was good.
